Legal Information About the Training

Training conducted within author-designed programs and master classes is provided in the format of a private author’s practice and is aimed at transferring knowledge, techniques, and the author’s practical experience.

The training does not constitute state or professional education, is not part of licensed educational programs, and does not provide a professional qualification or profession.

All sessions are conducted through demonstrations, practical analysis, and explanations. The instructor does not provide educational or other services in the sense of formal education, but shares authorial knowledge and practical experience within the selected training format.

The training is structured as a process of knowledge and practical experience transfer and has an educational and demonstrational character.

Within the training:

• practical work is performed by the participants themselves;
  
• the instructor demonstrates techniques, explains working principles, analyzes mistakes, and sets the direction of learning;
  
• the instructor does not perform work on behalf of the participants.
  

The training outcome depends on the participant’s individual skills, level of preparation, and involvement.
The acquired knowledge is intended for self-development and a deeper understanding of techniques, materials, and processes.

During the training, professional materials are used that are approved for use within the European Union and comply with the requirements of
Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.

All demonstrations and practical activities are carried out in compliance with sanitary, hygiene, and general safety standards.

Upon completion of the training, the participant receives a personal certificate confirming participation in the author’s program and the acquisition of knowledge under the guidance of the instructor.

The certificate:

• confirms participation in the training;
  
• reflects the format and scope of the completed program;
  
• is not an educational document and does not confirm a professional qualification.
  

All training materials, methodologies, texts, diagrams, photographs, and video materials used during the training are the intellectual property of the author.

The use of materials is permitted for personal purposes only and with the instructor’s consent.
Transfer of materials to third parties, commercial use, or presenting training work as independent professional or commercial services is strictly prohibited.

During the training, photo and video recording may be carried out by the instructor/organizer for informational and educational purposes.

Materials may be used on the website, in portfolios, and on official social media pages, in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and personal data protection regulations.

All legal relationships arising from the training, participation in practical sessions, and the use of training materials, photo, and video content are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, as well as by the terms of agreements concluded between the parties.

The legal framework includes:

• Copyright Law of the Republic of Latvia (Autortiesību likums) — regarding the protection of training materials, methodologies, and visual content;
  
• Personal Data Processing Law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — regarding the protection of personal data and images;
  
• Civil Law of the Republic of Latvia (Civillikums) — regarding civil liability and compensation for damages;
  
• Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 — regarding compliance of cosmetic materials with European Union requirements.
  

Additionally, the legal relationship between the parties is governed by:

• a Training Agreement concluded between the instructor/organizer and the training participant;
  
• an Agreement for Participation as a Model, concluded between the instructor/organizer and the model involved in the training process.
  

These agreements define the training format, rights and obligations of the parties, conditions for the use of materials, and liability in case of violations.
