DESCRIPTION:

An organic tea where the fresh aroma of lemongrass and the gentle sweetness of licorice are complemented by notes of shiitake. The taste is light, slightly savory, and surprisingly refreshing.

INGREDIENTS:

lemongrass* (40%), shiitake mushrooms* (10%), elderflowers*, basil*, dried kombucha*, licorice* (14%), fenugreek* (10%), linden flowers*, moringa*

PREPARATION:

Place one teabag in a cup, pour 250 ml of boiling water over it, and let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
