Deglava 66, Riga, LV-1035, hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”, provides the content available on the website www.odanailstudio.com and sells manicure materials in accordance with these Terms of Use.

1.1. By purchasing goods on this website, a Distance Contract is concluded in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”.

1.2. The Online Store reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the website. The Terms take effect at the moment of publication.

2.1. All products, prices, and descriptions are indicated next to the respective items.2.2. To place an order, the customer adds products to the cart, fills in the required information, and completes the payment by selecting an available payment method.

2.3. The order is considered concluded after successful payment.

3.1. The billing currency is euro (€ / EUR).

3.2. Payment can be made via:

– Latvian internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor)

– Visa / MasterCard payment cards

3.3. Payments are processed by the licensed payment platform makecommerce.lv, operated by Maksekeskus AS.

3.4. The contract enters into force after successful payment. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.

4.1. Goods are shipped worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus.

4.2. Delivery methods:

– Omniva parcel terminals (Baltics)

– International shipments via express mail and logistics partners

– Pickup in Riga by prior arrangement

4.3. Delivery time:

2–5 business days within Latvia,

7–10 business days within the Baltics,

international shipments – depending on destination.

4.4. The customer covers all delivery costs, displayed before order confirmation.

4.5. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days. The customer will be informed individually.

5.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 days by submitting a written notice and returning the product.

5.2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

5.3. The customer covers return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

5.4. Refunds are issued within 14 days after the product is received back.

6.1. If the received product is defective or does not match the description, the customer has the right to submit a claim within 2 months.

6.2. Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced or repaired. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
